Revelations with Sound

My first glimpse in sound was during a reiki session, as I was training for another Shenandoah Mountain 100. My body responded beautifully and I always felt refreshed, regenerated and had revelations revealed later. Then one session my therapist played the crystal bowls under the table and my mind found instant bliss, or the mind disappeared into the present sound inducing bliss more like it. I was instantly hooked and looked for any sound bath in the area to attend.

The first full sound bath I attended was my mind seeking answers and searching for the reason why it felt so good. I did finally relax and allow the sound to soothe but as time progressed with more initiations I am now able to go deep into the sound itself.

The most profound sound bath was with my dear friend in a studio environment along with yoga postures. She played during shavasana and when my mind went and bliss came, the revelations flooded in. I have claircognizant abilities and the insight was: how each planet aligned with my chakras, how the elements came into play, how I could overlay my own astrological chart within this system. I mean I thought it sounded for real but didn't know for sure until I started studying with Sattva Yoga Academy years later. Then I knew it was true, just like the rishis did it. Haha.
