My Background
Before starting Soundscape Harmony, I built a career helping niche community oriented organizations solve complex problems through technology, while simultaneously pursuing a lifelong interest in human potential, resilience, and conscious living. I traveled extensively for work with museums, archives, and libraries experiencing many different cultures around the world. From boardrooms and software demonstrations to endurance mountain biking and contemplative practice, I became fascinated by the conditions that allow people to thrive.
That experience shapes how I approach this work. I’m not offering something abstract or disconnected from real life. The sessions I create are grounded, practical, and designed to meet people where they actually are.
The Journey
I started practicing yoga over 25 years ago and it helped me during intense mountain bike training, race production, and a professional life in software sales and technology.
I spent decades as an endurance athlete, training in the mountains of Virginia spending long stretches in silence and movement. That moving meditation allowed me to develop presence and feel more comfortable in the moment.
I saw a reiki practitioner while training and was introduced to sound as a modality to improve my performance mentally, emotionally, and physically. Sound became a more direct way to access calm, clarity and focus. Over time, I trained in sound, Himalayan yogic practices, and energy work to support myself through an intense business career and for my own peace.
My joy is helping others find clarity on their journey to wellness.

What Makes This Different
You’re not walking into something performative or overly spiritual. You’re walking into a space where your system can actually settle.
