Meet the founder and facilitator of Soundscape Harmony
Embodied, intuitive sound healing facilitation
Before starting Soundscape Harmony, Brandy Wood Adams built a career helping niche organizations solve complex business problems with technology, while simultaneously pursuing a lifelong interest in human potential, resilience, and conscious living.
From boardrooms and software demonstrations to endurance mountain biking and contemplative practice, Brandy became fascinated by the conditions that allow people to thrive.

Our unique approach
Every session, whether private, group, or
individual Brandy takes time to understand the people, setting, and intention behind the experience, then shapes each session accordingly.
Her approach draws from formal training in sound, yoga, Reiki, meditation, breathwork, and contemplative practice, alongside years of study in human potential and intuitive development.
The result is an experience that is thoughtful rather than formulaic: grounded, spacious, and intentionally designed to help people step out of the noise of everyday life and into a greater sense of ease, presence, and clarity.

Brandy's Background
"My experience shapes how I approach this work. I’m not offering something abstract or disconnected from real life. The sessions I create are grounded, practical, and designed to meet people where they actually are."

For more than twenty years, I have worked in specialized B2B software, partnering with organizations across museums, archives, libraries, hospitality, nonprofit organizations, government, higher education, and aviation. Before transitioning into specialized software sales, I worked my way through college in catering and event planning, eventually becoming Director of Food & Beverage. My work has centered on understanding clients'; unique challenges, building long-term relationships, and helping organizations evaluate and implement the right solutions.

Outside of my professional career, I have spent more than two decades in the endurance mountain biking community as a racer, volunteer, advocate, and race director. Over a period of years, I completed multiple 100-mile mountain bike races. Over time, the training became a form of moving meditation. Countless hours on trails cultivated resilience, focus, and a deep appreciation for the natural world. Time outdoors shaped my appreciation for challenge, presence, and the restorative value of nature.

My father introduced me to yoga as a child while he was preparing for endurance athletic events. In 2006, I began a path of evolution that led me into a deeper study of meditation, Reiki, contemplative traditions, Eastern philosophy, and sound. The mountains and the natural world remained an important part of that journey, reinforcing the value of stillness, presence, and paying attention. My education has continued through formal training, personal practice, and travel, including visits to sacred sites around the world and time studying in India.

In 2020, I purchased my first set of crystal singing bowls and began a dedicated sound practice. During my travels in India, I acquired my first Himalayan singing bowl, which remains a meaningful part of my practice. As my practice expanded, I started facilitating public sound immersions while continuing my work in specialized software sales. Soundscape Harmony grew from the intersection of those experiences, bringing together a lifelong connection to nature, a foundation in yoga and contemplative practice, and more than two decades of building trusted relationships through my professional career.

Private, Group & Corporate Sound Healing
Ready to find your rhythm ?
A single session can offer a meaningful opportunity to slow down, reset, and reconnect. Some people choose to return regularly, allowing the practice to become part of a broader rhythm of rest and reflection.
Before your first session, we’ll have a brief conversation about what you’re looking for and what kind of experience would feel most supportive. From there, your session is shaped around you.
No previous experience with sound, meditation, Reiki, or contemplative practices is needed.
